As you can see on the photo, this bottle makes possible to take in both gel and water at the same time. So it will be easier to drink gel with one hand. However, generally, if we choose to eat gel, it is why we don't want to carry water. Otherwise we drink sports drinks!! So that is the big limit of this innovation!!
