The right stuff : for rapid rehydration…
I discover this beverage which may be convenient if you are seriously dehydrated after sports.
This sport drink consist in a high-concentration blend of electrolytes, specifically qualified by NASA. The formula uses all natural flavors and citric acid (to help cut the saltiness) and is lightly sweetened with a small amount of sucralose (non-carb sweetener sold as Splenda®*).However, as it doesn’t contain carbohydrates so I can recommend to use this product during the exercise. But after sports, it can be useful.
The drink is available in 3 flavours : citrus, wild berry and unflavoured.
